The Association reminds importers that as of December 9, 2017, ACE will be the sole CBP-authorized EDI system for daily and monthly statements.  To that end, in CSMS #17-000744, CBP has advised that due to an 11/6/2017 VPN maintenance, it recommends that trade partners attempt to authenticate at least once before 12/9/2017, as failure to perform an authentication may result in the connection being automatically inactivated.
