Today Hanjin shipping goes back to court in Newark NJ at 11 am est. We expect their lawyers to clarify their ongoing efforts to unload the remainder of their cargo and to update the judge on their financial position. Ahead of the proceeding Hanjin filed a detailed document updating the court on the status of operation and their financials. A copy of the document can be found here. it contains a wealth of updates on Hanjin’s funding, payments made to terminals, payments and bill of landing rating issues and a fleet update.
