Reminder and clarification on mandatory ACE filing timeline.
Below are excerpts from CBP’s CSMS #16-000238, provided as:
(1) a reminder that effective this Thursday, March 31, 2016, filers will be required to file certain
transactions in ACE and no longer permitted to file in ACS; and,
