The ITC recently posted the new Supplement Edition to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States.  This edition reflects the changes that resulted from the latest Generalized System of Preferences review, which limits beneficial treatment for travel goods to those imported from least-developed beneficiary developing countries and African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) countries.  The July Supplement also implements expansion of the Information Technology Agreement, which will begin the elimination hundreds of tariffs on information and communication technology products world-wide.
